Following further investment in the company, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, experienced Senior Support Assistant to join the team at our Preston Brook site to provide high-quality secretarial support to the Managing Director and other Senior Manager Role The post will be responsible for: Scheduling meetings on behalf of Managing Director and other Senior Managers. Dealing with telephone and email queries appropriately and professionally. co-ordinating travel and accommodation requirements and ensuring arrangements are in place to match the requirements for the Managing Director and other Senior Managers. Booking travel and accommodation for the division Preparing Board and Management meeting packs. Attending and taking accurate minutes at Board meetings. Attending and taking accurate minutes at other ad hoc meetings as requested Organising the company conference and make bookings for external conferences and events, as required. Recording company credit card expenses for Senior Managers. Ordering Christmas and Easter hampers for the Managing Director. Collating and managing content for the Vision magazine.
