Based at: Llansamlet, Swansea (Or other location by agreement)
Role Purpose:
Working as part of the Business Development & Fundraising team, this role will collaborate with others in the realisation of an ambitious income generating strategy. The role is varied, offering diverse opportunities to secure new, and retain existing, business development opportunities for Adferiad. This will primarily involve the effective co-ordination, completion, and submission of professional and high-quality funding bids to local authorities, health boards, and grant making organisations; the development of new funding streams; and the mobilisation and implementation of newly secured business.
This role will require working alongside colleagues from departments such as Research and Evaluation, Data, Communications, and Public Affairs. This role is an exciting opportunity for those interested in a career within the bid writing profession.
Adferiad recognises that many prospective candidates may not have direct experience in business development but may possess transferable skills gained from sectors such as research or education. We strongly encourage individuals with relevant experience in these fields to apply.
