There are multiple roles available in Wythenshawe area, in multiple primary schools. These posts are for both part and full-time, to start immediately as well as after February half term for emergency cover and staffing gaps.
The schools are looking for people to support children aged between 4 and 11 with their educational needs. The ideal person will have a passion for delivering effective support to children, displaying patience and effective communication skills in order to inspire these children towards their goals. In this role, as learning support assistant, you will be expected to build positive relationships with the pupils and encourage them to make positive choices and behaviour.
Long-term roles available
* Full-time positions (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm)
* Required to commit to the school on a long-term basis
* Interested in securing a permanent role
Short-term roles available
* Part-time and/or full-time positions (Varied/ ad-hoc days - 8.30am-1.00pm/ 12.00pm- 3.30pm/ 8.30am-3.30pm)
* Would be covering emergency/ scheduled absences
These opportunities are within welcoming primary schools who have friendly and supportive teams who are keen to ensure the success of their pupils are top priority. You will be expected to provide general support within the classes and work collaboratively with other LSAs and the class teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
