The successful candidate will support the Business Development Manager to maintain and grow the business. Key Responsibilities: Production of various weekly and monthly reports. Complete analysis of trade/Intermodal/customer activities. Quoting and following up all rate enquires. Research of Industry and customer activities. Building relationships with customers. Skills and experience required: Previous experience within an Import/Export environment is essential. Previous experience of reporting. Ability to maintain a high level of customer service under pressure. Excellent telephone manner. Time management skills required. Strong telesales and negotiation skills essential.
