Services Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
2. Work with businesses and key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
3. Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
4. Identify and address potential risks proactively.
5. Adapt communication style to different audiences and situations.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage workload independently.
6. Willingness to travel in the UK & Europe if needed.
Preferred Skills:
1. Basic understanding of project management.
2. Familiarity with Google Workspace and other digital tools.
3. Interest in software solutions and implementation.
Location:
Hybrid role 3 days per week at their vibrant Birmingham office.
