The role is working 32.5 hours per week during term time only. As a Cover Supervisor, your main duties will include: supervising classes and maintaining an engaging, constructive environment Overseeing work that has been set by teachers responding to questions and requests from students managing student behaviour and promoting a responsible attitude reporting on progress and participating in department/pastoral meetings adapting approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs The ideal candidate will be able to connect with students, have strong classroom management abilities, and be flexible in supporting various subjects/activities.
