Salary £55,000 - £75,000 OTE
Are you an experienced a Aftersales / Service Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional results?
We are looking for a talented Aftersales Manager to oversee our Service Department and work closely with the Customer Service team to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support the Service Department.
* Monitor departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct appraisals and develop training plans for the team.
* Stay informed about technical advancements and share updates with staff.
* Lead the recruitment and development of team members.
* Contribute to budget planning and ensure financial targets are met.
* Drive improvements in customer care and service delivery.
* Oversee work in progress and manage debtors effectively.
About You
* A proven track record of success in managing an Aftersales Department, delivering profitable results.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
