About Our Client
Fantastic Opportunity to work for a well established business looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a 3 month contract in Redhill.
Job Description
* Supporting the team to pay our supplier invoices in a timely manner.
* Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will match supplier invoices to orders, carry out reconciliations and resolve queries.
* Scanning invoices and Credit notes
* Employee expenses Assisting in payment runs
* Supplier liaison Query resolution
The Successful Applicant
* Ideally you will have experience within a similar position and be used to working in the office environment.
* Able to manage your workload and work unsupervised
* Communicate in a polite and professional manner, with suppliers and internal customers
* Work as part of team to achieve targets
* Complete tasks within set timelines
* May be working towards an accountancy degree
