About our Program:
KBR is embarking on the global replacement of SAP with MSD365. All training will be delivered globally using our program's global training methodology and content, which will be deployed locally. We are looking for strong MSD365 Content Creators across multiple disciplines to join us and enhance the training workstream.
Working with the Global Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead and OCM Training Leads, you will help develop and build the Program's Training repository and support centralized training collateral.
You will work with Program key stakeholders to define content and be responsible for the creation, development, approval, and publication of material. You will define Learning pathways and create User Personas to ensure the right training is provided to the right audience. You will work in partnership with the Global Communication & Engagement Lead to actively drive awareness and promotion where required and support initiatives that drive awareness and knowledge.
As an MSD365 Content Creator, you will monitor the quality and performance of all training collateral and deliver training as required in support of skills & capabilities. You will also function as a mentor to the Local Training Resource, providing support and guidance as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Development of User Personas and Learning Pathways
* Creation and management of all training collateral including, but not restricted to, classroom/remote course content, e-learning, reference guides, and videos.
* Provide status updates regularly to the OCM Training Lead and other relevant stakeholders on key activities, risks, issues, and concerns.
* Align Global Security Roles against User Personas
* Support OCM Global Lead with global adoption and knowledge refreshers.
* Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on D365 applications, tailored to the specific needs and workflows.
* Deliver in-business upskilling events, i.e., Train the Trainer, UAT Upskilling, and knowledge updates to maintain and improve training capability for Program Team members, Local Training Resources, and End Users as required.
* Curate training collateral in KBR’s online learning solution, Workday.
* Drive usage of the training materials and self-help capability
* Super user extended/advanced training to focus on housekeeping, error handling and resolution, and new ways of working.
Key Skills:
* Excellent organizational skills
* Prior experience of working within a training team environment
* Experience of training material creation in D365 implementations – other ERP implementation experience also welcome (SAP, Oracle)
* Experience in any of the following knowledge areas: Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Warehouse Management, D365 Projects or equivalent, General Ledger, Intercompany processes, Assets
* Experience of managing strict timelines
* Experience of Learning Management Systems
* Ability to use SharePoint Admin - desired
* Experience of e-Learning tools; iSpring preferred
* Previous experience in understanding/delivering a strategy transitioning from a project lifecycle to BAU.
