We are currently seeking a process driven individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative at our site in Mirfield.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be primarily responsible for loading customer order requirements into Incora systems and checking for accuracy within the Purchase Order (PO). This will include checks on parts numbers, address details (etc) ensuring that customer requirements are met as per our customer agreements.
This administrative/data entry focused role will require you to work independently to conclude whether we are able to fulfill orders using current stock or communicate with other internal stakeholders to find resolutions.
Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for a number of allocated customer accounts, responding primarily via email to general enquiries about delivery statuses, requests for tracking details and copies of invoices as well as potentially following up on complaints about missing stock.
About You
You will be proactive, have excellent attention to detail, with an ability to work confidently and come to decisions using your own initiative and with autonomy.
You will be comfortable working in a data entry intensive role whilst also having good experience in promoting positive experiences for external customers.
You will thrive in a process driven environment.
You will have some previous experience managing customer order-books and will be able to spot mismatches in data sets.
