My client is a well-established yet forward-thinking global insurance company. Following consistent growth and recent acquisitions, the HRD is looking to build out the HR capability and is looking to hire a Reward Analyst to deliver on the organisation’s compensation and benefits strategy for its non-US jurisdictions.
The role
* This opportunity is ideal for individual’s with compensation and benefits experience looking to join a fast-paced, agile and growing business.
* This is a broad role with the opportunity to get involved with a breadth of reward activities, contribute to reward strategy across different locations and ensure a more streamlined approach.
* You will be working closely with the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Director and support on the delivery of reward projects as well as, cyclical reward and benefits processes.
* The preferred candidate will have 3 years of Reward or HR Analytics experience, knowledgeable in benchmarking, supported on the annual salary review process and proficient in using HR Systems.
