You shall be working with an established and growing client base throughout Cumbria & the Northwest, on a variety of instructions which could include a mix of the following:
1. Valuations for all rural property types.
2. Land & Estate Management.
3. Property Agency - Sales & Lettings of all rural property types.
4. Strategic Rural/Agri-Business.
5. Consultancy to include Environmental Land Management.
6. Planning & Development.
7. Renewable Energy, Compulsory Purchase and other emerging opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-driven individual with a keen interest in moving forward with a progressive firm. You should be able to:

6. Be RICS qualified (3 years minimum) and/or a Member of the CAAV.
Salary: Competitive Salary, Per Annum Plus - Car Allowance & Other Benefits (D.O.E.), Competitive Remuneration Package, depending on experience.
