Job Overview
As an Account Manager for LKQ Bodyshop, you will be specifically accountable for delivering exceptional customer service across our branch network’s existing and a potential customer base, while maximising profitable sales of paint, consumables, aftermarket parts, tools and equipment and services. As an industry expert you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships in your targeted territory.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver LKQ Bodyshop proposition to grow sales of paint, consumables, parts, tools, equipment and services.
2. Creating strong leads and opportunities for all of LKQ Euro Car Parts group channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity internally and externally.
3. Identifying and developing existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within specific geographical areas.
4. Conducting customer account reviews on a regular basis, with a focus on monthly spend, margin, credits, terms, maximising key product group opportunities, potential spend plus business and garage equipment opportunities.
5. Manage and reduce impressed stock within the customer base.
6. Manage Customer Stock via HAWK or Autostock – organise monthly / annual stock counts.
7. Support brand and approval strategy.
8. Work alongside Area Sales Manager to identify key areas of business development.
9. Develop positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
10. Acting as a key member of the LKQ Euro Car Parts group business development team, actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours and values of the team to drive effective teamwork across the business.
11. Participate in regional business specific customer events.
12. Attend national and local training events.
13. Visibly promote LKQ Euro Car Parts group values and act as an ambassador for the organisation.
