Customer Services Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Services Administrator to join our client based in Wooburn Green
The successful Customer Services Administrator will:
* Assist the production team, respond to client emails in a timely manner.
* Build customer quotes using kit lists, schedules and co-ordinating equipment availability.
* Support accounts with customer purchase orders and account queries.
* Liaise with internal departments on support requests, repairs and logistics.
* Raise and maintain purchase orders.
* Research/update the customer databases and asset management system.
* Forward incoming emails to the correct departments.
* Answer the office phone and help with customer and supplier queries.
* Prepare/send official company documents as required.
* Attend networking events, when required.
* Client outreach.
The successful Customer Services Administrator will have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Common sense and initiative, with the ability to work unsupervised under pressure.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines often whilst multitasking numerous accounts.
* People skills - must be able to build strong relationships and customer rapport.
* Conscientious with a positive can-do attitude.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Computer literate - strong competency with the MS Office Suit - Outlook, Excel, Word.
* Apple OS with ability to learn new programs quickly.
* Previous experience of CMS tools would be beneficial.
