MKJ Ignite is looking for a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) to join a fast-growing, purpose-led lifestyle brand that’s redefining the wellness space. With a strong presence across DTC (75% of sales) and an expanding retail footprint (25%), they need an experienced SNAM to take ownership of key grocery & high street accounts.
You’ll be managing partnerships with Holland & Barrett, Sainsbury’s, and Planet Organic, while driving expansion into Waitrose, Booths, Sephora, and beyond. If you thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and love working with brands that challenge the status quo, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Owning the retail strategy – leading budget management, P&L, and sales growth.
2. Strengthening key relationships – working closely with buyers & retail partners to drive brand presence.
3. Driving commercial success – executing JBPs, promotions, and trade plans to maximise performance.
4. Leading & influencing – managing a High Street NAM and stepping in for the Head of Sales when needed.
5. Cross-functional collaboration – working closely with Ops, Brand, and DTC teams to align retail and online strategies.
6. Expanding the retail footprint – identifying and securing new retail partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
2. A proven SNAM track record, with experience delivering strong sales growth.
3. A commercially sharp, data-driven mindset – confident in P&Ls, forecasting & strategic planning.
4. A relationship-builder who can manage senior retail partnerships and influence key stakeholders.
5. A natural leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
