Responsibilities Front Line AV service support in a complex environment Experience trouble shooting Teams, Zoom and Google Meet in a wide range of environments Experience providing AV support in Live environments/events Strong understanding of AV Codecs Diligently conduct and record the results of daily, weekly & monthly proactive tests across meeting rooms Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software Support of key engineering applications at use within the business Move workstations and peripherals, as required Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes) (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting Knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and technologies Requirements 5 Years' experience in an (IT Support Role) Candidates need to be flexible, efficient and able to work independently Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Excellent customer service skills.
