Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of efficient and effective services covering acute and mental health inpatient services, rehabilitation and ambulatory programs. You will provide professional leadership, mentoring, support and specialist advice for a large multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with hospital managers and executive members to achieve excellence in care delivery. Your Skills and Experience Current registration with AHPRA Strong clinical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team. Have previous experience in a private hospital setting desirable. Recent rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not essential. Overall, you will be an effective and approachable leader with a natural ability to build rapport and effective relationships with both internal and external clientele. Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $ 64.87 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
