Job Description
Salary: £22,308 potential to earn commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 / 11:00-19:30 - if required (37.5 hours)
Responsibilities
* To accurately carry out product availability checks.
* To carry out full verification and build a sale prospect.
* To support and assist the Field and Offshore sales agents and customers in pre-live queries.
* To try and retain customers who want to cancel pre-live. (Commissions offered per save)
* Lead generation for Card terminal services (Commissions offered per Live CPS and the highest lead generation).
* Completing assigned quick notes.
Qualifications
* Effectively communicating with sales agents and customers.
* Problem solving and resolution skills.
* Understanding of the CRM system.
* Understanding of products and ordering process.
* Familiar with all verification scripts and contract summaries.
