Rentals Property Services Administrator based at Bradleys Head office in Exmouth
We have a unique opportunity for a Property Services Administrator based at our Head Office in Exmouth. Within the role, you will carry out a range of duties including individual case handling, customer service, and administration tasks as well as working within a team to ensure that deadlines are met.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate should be well organized, have good attention to detail, and be a strong team player to work within the following sections: Property Management, Move In, Vacate, and Maintenance.

Working Pattern
Monday - Friday 8:45 am - 5:30 pm, working Saturday 9 am - 1 pm, 1 in 3 on a rota basis with half a day off when a Saturday is worked.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00 - £23,132.00 per year
