You will also need to have the ability to deal sensitively with people who may be distressed. This is a busy position and the successful candidate will provide excellent administration and secretarial support to our clinical team. Main duties of the job The admin bank role is to provide a comprehensive range of administrative services. To liaise with other departments and services and to respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers and other agencies. Tasks include taking telephone enquiries from service users, diary management; arranging appointments; correspondence; email management; spreadsheet management; minute taking, working alongside and providing admin support to the clinical team. A good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Knowledge of Carenotes is desirable, but full training will be given.
