The Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage potential clients, and drive lead generation. You’ll have the autonomy to shape and execute initiatives that highlight our client’s solutions and position them as a thought leader in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, content marketing, and events, to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Develop content that positions our client as a thought leader in financial services, including case studies, whitepapers, and industry insights.
Event Management: Organise and oversee participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand recognition and foster connections within the financial services landscape.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Lead digital strategies across LinkedIn, the company website, and email marketing to boost engagement and reach.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and guide future marketing strategies.
Website Management: Ensure the company website is current, SEO-optimised, and aligned with marketing goals, effectively showcasing our client’s services.
What You Bring:
Proven Marketing Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing management role, ideally within the financial services or B2B sectors.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Skilled in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to refine marketing strategies.
Tech Savvy: Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO optimisation.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clear, persuasive messaging.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in the financial services industry, professional services or a high-growth environment.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and paid search campaigns.
