Customer & Democratic Support Team Adviser
The Role
There is an opportunity to join the Customer and Democratic Support Team at the Peak District National Park Authority.
The post includes business support work for all operational teams across the Authority, using business systems and ensuring that data is up to date and held in accordance with relevant legislation. The postholder will also provide a first point of contact for customers across various channels, such as telephone, email and face to face, and will process customer payments. The postholder will also support the Authority’s democratic services function.
The post is permanent, full time and is based at Aldern House, Bakewell, with some home working available. Conditions of employment for this post include flexible working (but not jobshare).
About You
The ability to adapt and be able to cope with various changing demands whilst still maintaining excellent customer service will be required. Good I.T. skills are essential, but training will be given on specific applications as required.
Applicants must have at least 4 GCSEs (grades A – C) or equivalent and experience of dealing with the public and of working with minimum supervision.
