Role: Registered Care home Manager
Salary Hourly Rate: To be discussed
Purpose:
As manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation within our care setting, including recruiting and managing staff teams, ensure any regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicines are delivered within regulations, provide information, advice and support to residents’ families, managing budgets also ensuring that the quality of services provided meets the national care standards. For best practice, our manager should ensure that our care services are transparent as a local resource with round the clock care within our community settings. You will act as the register manager and will be responsible for all aspects of home management.
This role requires:
• Enhanced DBS check
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Minimum two years’ experience working as registered manager in a care home setting.
• IT skills are essential, and the post holder must be able to use word, excel, and must also be able to use IT applications such as are required by the Care Inspectorate Wales
• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
