Compliance Partner, Holton Heath, £40,000 As a Compliance Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business adheres to all governance requirements and quality systems. Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead internal and external compliance activities, oversee policy implementation, and drive continuous improvement within the organisation. Compliance Partner Responsibilities: Oversee compliance portals, procedures, and regulatory adherence. Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding compliance requirements. Maintain legal and environmental registers and update stakeholders. Lead GDPR compliance activities and develop internal controls. Conduct internal audits and implement solutions for non-compliance. Compliance Partner Skills & Experience Required: Security Clearance is essential. Experience in a compliance function, either in leadership or on a development path. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement. Knowledge of ISO9001 and other relevant quality standards is desirable.
