Position: Supply SEN Teacher

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join our network of supply teachers for schools in Bracknell and Wokingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and are looking for flexible work arrangements in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality, tailored teaching and support to children with a range of SEN.
2. Deliver lessons in line with individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
3. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to both students and school staff.
4. Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
5. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages the participation and development of all students.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
3. Strong understanding of various SEN and strategies for supporting these students.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for working with children.
