In this role, you will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT and AV support to staff and students at the school. You will be responsible for IT Infrastructure, packaging and delivery of applications, installation and maintenance of servers, and troubleshooting servers and networks.
The Role:
1. IT Support Analyst - providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT and AV support to staff and students
2. Responsible for IT Infrastructure, packaging and delivery of applications, installation and maintenance of servers
3. Troubleshooting servers and networks
The Person:
1. Experience in a 2nd or 3rd line IT Support role
2. Network and hardware troubleshooting skills
3. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
4. Ideally degree qualified in Computer Science or a relevant subject
