Conveyancing Secretary/ Conveyancing Administrator
Location: Staines
Salary: £26-£29k
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Administrator or Paralegal looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a leading legal organisation in the Staines area, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team in a temporary-to-permanent/Permanent position.
About the Role:
1. Preparation of correspondence and documents using audio word processing and digital dictation
2. Opening files, conflict checks, and closing files
3. Making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining diaries
4. Supporting departments and junior secretaries
5. Assisting accounts staff in generating bills in a timely manner and monitoring payment
6. Preparation and dispatch of post, emails, and faxes with relevant enclosures
7. Assisting fee earners with post-exchange, pre-completion, completion, and post-completion matters on residential and commercial property files
Requirements:
1. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Conveyancing
4. Proficient in audio word processing and digital dictation
5. Knowledge of residential and commercial property files is a plus
