As a Service Assistant you'll work across visitor areas, helping different departments deliver high-quality customer service.
Salary: £11.50 per hour.
Duration: Fixed Term Contract from 15th February until 30th November 2025
Hours: 468 hours between February and November. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
12 hours per week split into four 11am to 2pm shifts. This will involve working some weekends and some bank holidays.
Interview date: week commencing 27th January

What you'll be doing
Service Assistants play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. No two days are the same and you can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. You’ll be involved in different tasks. These could include greeting visitors on arrival, restocking the shelves in the bookshop and promoting our fundraising. Most importantly you’ll talk to visitors, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need for their visit. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations.
