Overview: The Internal Technical Services (ITS) Team is responsible for the installation and support for all Technical Platforms, Operating Systems, Authentication Systems and associated products delivered internally. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the IT Engineer will work alongside specialists within the Team, taking responsibility for all aspects of the ITS Teams work. With emphasis on the Technical Services function, you will be managing and supporting the corporate infrastructure upon which the organisation operates, with the opportunity to be involved in new and emerging projects from their inception. The IT Engineer will work closely with the numerous departments that comprise the organisation, ensuring that the comprehensive support service is maintained and therefore sustaining the strong inter-departmental relationships that have been forged to date. The successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job training for all supported Platforms, Operating Systems etc., but is expected to have prior experience of Microsoft Azure, Networking and Windows Server Technologies. Access to key learning resources will also be made available to the successful candidate, via our well-established Microsoft Partnership.
