Responsibilities
1. Ensure the highest standards for Safety and Quality are upheld.
2. Drive increasing operational efficiency and yield improvements at all repair sites.
3. Work with Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering (GROE) to develop and implement new repairs and increase re-use of detailed parts.
4. Own, develop, and enhance the Management Operation System (MOS) for the EMEAI R&O sites
5. Define and deploy best practices and standard work
6. Develop breakthrough objectives and be responsible for their successful execution
7. Coach and mentor R&O sites on how to execute performance levels to enable customer satisfaction
8. Be a role model for your team and your colleagues, demonstrating Honeywell Behaviors
9. Drive the operating system focused on Turn Around Time and fidelity of the shipment plan
10. Drive successful Annual Operating Plan attainment with a specific focus on R&O delivery performance
11. Partner with Customer & Product Support, Material Management, Quality, Human Resources, and Finance to achieve AOP goals.
This role can be located at any Aerospace repair location in the UK.
Qualifications
12. Aerospace or a similarly regulated (ie. Automotive/Medical) industry experience, leading multi-site operations
13. Extensive manufacturing knowledge, especially with Repair & Overhaul
14. Lean manufacturing training and certification
15. Extensive people leadership experience
16. Track record of improving team performance.
17. Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence
18. Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
19. Strong networking and communication skills.
20. Successful experience in a large, global company.
