Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a variety of SEN requirements, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs. Work closely with the school’s specialist team to incorporate sensory learning and other strategies. Assist with speech, language, and communication development. Use de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations effectively. Promote independence and self-confidence, helping pupils make positive choices for their learning.
