Your new role In your new role you will be installing a variety of insulated and automatic doors for the foods/drinks industry as well as for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. In addition to this, you will also become very familiar with working to high measurement tolerances using a variety equipment as well as hand-held tools. As the products will be used in the above, high-integrity industries, in-house training will be provided to get your skill-set up to scratch. The role is-days based Monday to Friday and offers plenty of overtime should it be requested. For the field role you may be away from home for short periods of time however you will be informed ahead of time to ensure that the projects are met to schedule. What you'll need to succeed Although it would be advantageous, it is NOT required for you to have formal qualifications or installation experience. However, it is essential you possess the following: - Experience using power tools working with metal or wood. - Competency using measurement equipment to high tolerances - Experience within a trades or manufacturing role (e.g., joinery, sheet metal working) - A reliable and 'can-do' attitude whilst working under pressure - Be comfortable working away from home What you'll get in return In return, you will receive: - A negotiable salary depending on experience - Provision of a company van - £20/day meal allowance - Full Premier Inn expenses - In-house training This is as well as job security, working for a thriving and long-standing company.
