We are looking for an experienced and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support children with additional and complex needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to students with complex needs, such as ASD, PMLD, sensory impairments, or other additional requirements. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Help students develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Support students with their personal, social, and emotional development. Provide care and assistance with mobility, feeding, or personal hygiene when required. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning goals. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children or young people with complex needs (essential). A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN-related training) are desirable but not essential.
