We are looking for a Land Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. The role is key in developing positive relationships with the wide range local stakeholders with land/planning interests in the scheme. It will support the client in conducting the Compulsory Purchase and land purchase by agreement process to secure temporary and permanent land acquisition for the efficient delivery of the scheme, and is instrumental in minimising the level and nature of objection to the scheme from landowners.
What you'll do:

Analyse their expectations and attitudes. Develop the administrative tools, documents and trackers to maintain throughout design, construction and handover of the scheme.
* Drive and influence stakeholder behaviours which help the DIP achieve its vision, mission, and strategy.
* Develop mitigation strategies and communication strategies to secure stakeholder support for the project proposals as they develop.
* Engender understanding of the project’s vision, mission, and strategy across its stakeholders. Create clarity, communicate clarity, and reinforce clarity in a mutually trusting, honest, consistent, and timely manner.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Experience of developing and delivering stakeholder engagement and managing communications that are underpinned by a customer focus.
* Proven experience managing landowners/external stakeholders in a major infrastructure project environment.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills/data management capabilities.
* Understanding of a competitive environment, customer needs and the ability to work creatively and lead with strategic goals.
