GPW Recruitment is seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join a well-established Civil Engineering, Utilities, and Construction company based in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £43,000 - £46,000 per annum, plus great benefits.
About the Role:
As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance and best practices across multiple project sites in Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and the East Midlands .
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety audits, inductions, and toolbox talks (TBT briefings).
Oversee accident investigations and RAMS reviews.
Ensure NERS/ISO compliance and assist with PAT testing.
Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all sites.
What You Need:
? Essential:
CSCS Card & CITB Health & Safety Awareness.
Emergency First Aid & IOSH Certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
? Desirable:
NEBOSH Certification & Mental Health First Aid.
Background in Health & Safety/Construction.
Experience with auditing and compliance.
The Offer:
£43,000 - £46,000 per annum.
