A leading independent creative agency specialising in Retail Design. They’re full of passion and creativity, consistently delivering outstanding retail design solutions and providing a full turnkey service from concept, through production, to implementation, for a diverse range of global and national clients.
They’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for managing your own retail and brand activation projects. This role does have scope for hybrid working, but you are generally required to be in the office for 80% of the working week.
Job Role
1. An expert at managing fast-paced retail and brand activation projects, keeping them on schedule, within budget and to the highest standard.
2. This role will involve travel to client/retailer meetings, regular supplier visits and some on-site project locations.
3. You should be able to build good working relationships with colleagues, clients and supply partners.
4. A confident and assertive team player, who leads by example and is able to interact with people with various levels of experience.
5. Identify and eradicate the risks on a project, ensuring that scheduling, quality and costs are all managed effectively.
6. Maintain an accurate administration of projects using Word, Excel and SAGE templates.
7. Provide cost estimates with production quotes, negotiating the best value price and understanding your choice of specialist suppliers.
8. Quality control of supplier goods, ensuring they are fit for purpose, meeting specifications and available on schedule for each project are the key deliverables to this role.
