Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1.Preparation of layouts for green field or brown field projects for capacity requirements of the Paint shop 2.Preapare PLC, Electrical architecture & network requirements for process layout & for aggregate parts 3.Create RFQs, project charter & documentations, suppliers and stake holder sign offs 4.Preparation of project time lines in Micro Soft projects, able to identify breakeven, bottleneck points, suggest & implementation solution for the issue without affecting schedule 5.Detailing of various electrical & control networks, systems, Industry 4.0 with latest designs, expertise in control system for process like PTCED, Ovens, Air supply units, Paint booths, Paint & sealer distribution with know how of control parameters required for the same for quality output for the product, knowledge of sealing & painting robots 6.Deatiled understanding of PLC. various networks, utilities, electrical drawings for interface with process layouts 7.New product planning - FTG'S (Facility, tools, gauges & fixtures) related to controls & electrical systems, shop utilities - budget workout, procurement & implementation with innovative solutions 8. Prepare & support new equipment and refurbishment activities- Installation,Commissioing & handover to mfg. team with proper documentation 9Benchmarking of paint shop processes & automation for energy efficiency & foot print reduction 10.Workout capital & revenue budget requirement as per new product / platform requirement & other improvement / facility projects 11.Benchamrk energy consumption - Power, gas & water with various auto OEM/s & take initiative to recue the same 12. Preparation of DCP documentation - PFMEA, MFMEA, DCP, Quality system Preferred Industries Auto/Spares Auto Components Automobile Automotive Industry Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile General Experience 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Automation and Paint Technology.
