Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Basingstoke Location: Basingstoke Salary - In the range of £30,000-£35,000 (Negotiable for the right person) Are you a qualified IQA with a passion for shaping the future of employability training? We’re partnered with a leading Employability Training Provider to deliver an exciting new 12-week program that helps unemployed individuals develop critical skills in Working at Height, Roofing, and Solar Panel Installation. This program aims to provide participants with practical, in-demand skills that can lead to sustainable employment in rapidly growing industries. As the Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and success of this program. What you'll be doing: Oversee quality assurance processes across the 12-week training program. Work closely with trainers and assessors to ensure compliance with industry and awarding body standards. Contribute to the development and refinement of course materials and assessments. Monitor learner progress and ensure high standards of delivery. Participate in the Solar Panel Installation course to gain occupational competence, fully supported by the employer. What we're looking for: A qualified IQA with experience in quality assurance within training or education. Strong knowledge of relevant industries such as engineering, construction, or renewable energy would be a huge plus, but, not essential. Willingness to gain expertise in Solar Panel Installation is essential. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with training teams. Why Join?
