Next-Ventures are seeking an experienced Telecoms Programme Manager to lead and oversee a complex telecommunications project from initiation through to delivery, for an industry leading company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale programmes involving cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and a variety of technical solutions.
The project will require strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of telecoms infrastructure.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a optimization project, ensuring projects align with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Develop and implement detailed programme plans, identifying key deliverables, milestones, and risks Collaborate with senior leadership, key stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to ensure alignment and deliver consistent communication throughout the programme.
Ensure all telecoms programmes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements: 7 years of experience in programme management within the telecommunications industry.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including executive-level management and external vendors.
Experience with large-scale telecom network deployments and upgrades.
Strong knowledge of telecoms regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
