Kings' Forest Primary School is seeking a dedicated and reliable Lunchbreak Supervisor to join our hard-working and supportive staff team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, welfare, and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. The successful candidate will: Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude. Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also capable of using initiative. Have excellent communication skills. Maintain warmth, care, and full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing. Consistently maintain a calm approach in interactions with children. Support the school's approach to outdoor play, embracing our 'whatever the weather' ethos. Act as a vital link between children, lunchbreak staff, and other school staff. Be willing to fully participate in training and professional development. Adhere strictly to standards of confidentiality.
