Sales Negotiator

Salary up to £25k DOE + commission
Fantastic opportunity to work for a prestigious property agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, providing an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers and existing clients. You will have at least 1 year experience.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Effectively assist in the onboarding process for new vendors - arrange valuations, discuss terms of service with the vendor and follow up on valuations to secure the client.
2. Co-ordinate the listing process upon receiving the instruction to market the property from the vendor - liaising with the valuer for an instruction meeting, arranging photography and EPC report, overseeing the drafting of the property brochure, and seeking approval from the vendor prior to publishing.
3. Prepare all necessary marketing materials for the property e.g. publish brochure, for sale boards, window cards, newspaper advertisements, and send the vendor all relevant copies.
4. Regularly carry out property matches and establish a target applicant base based on knowledge of the local area and the property.
5. Liaise with the vendor to arrange suitable viewing appointments and co-ordinate accompanied viewers where necessary or carry out viewings as required.
6. Gain insightful property feedback from applicants within 48 hours following a viewing and communicate feedback to the vendor using appropriate communication methods.
7. Efficiently manage the offer process by communicating all offers for sale in writing to both the vendor and the applicant, assisting in the negotiation process and confirming acceptance in writing once achieved.
8. Take the lead role in progressing sales including chasing all parties involved weekly to complete the sale swiftly and assisting with setting dates for completion.
9. Lead on renegotiation throughout the sale process as necessary to complete the sale.
Essential:
1. Previous experience within residential sales or equivalent.
2. A proven track record of working towards targets.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Strong IT skills and comprehensive knowledge of the residential property market.
5. Highly articulate with a clear telephone manner.
6. Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
