The Administration Support is integral to the success of this busy team. The primary focus will be in delivering the industry assurance requirement to have all staff at least the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) before they are set to work. The right candidate will work alongside the Senior Management team and must be confident in correct and precise data entry. They must be confident in their ability to prioritise tasks and manage their own time. The successful candidate will be working alongside another Administrator, so they must be able to work as a team. There will also be other key responsibilities such as scheduling staff to work over varying shift patterns using company IT & software. The role will also involve Pay, HR responsibilities and liaising with G4S Central Services and the Client team; the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment.
