They will also help with classroom management and create a positive learning environment. Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, a passion for teaching, and previous experience working with primary school students. Education: A Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification is required. Experience: Previous experience working with primary school students is essential. Knowledge and Skills: The candidate should possess proactive behaviour management skills, strong teamwork and communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for education. Preferred Qualifications: Any additional teaching qualifications or relevant certifications would be advantageous. Working Conditions: The Teaching Assistant will work in a classroom setting within a primary school in Sleugh. The role involves interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis.
