Remote within the UK Reporting to the VP Corporate and Market Strategy you will lead the companies product vision and strategy development playing a vital role in advancing the field of Bioprocessing. You will lead and motivate a team of product managers working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key Accountabilities of the role: Lead the companies product vision and strategy development. Lead and develop the team of Product Managers to ensure their respective portfolios are achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) Work symbiotically with internal stakeholders to translate strategy into tactical plans for product roadmaps, next generation products and inorganic opportunities. Partner with marketing to build annual strategic marketing plans Ensure product management team is working closely with internal and external stakeholders including key customers and company functions to understand emerging trends and technologies, understand market needs and build business cases for new initiatives to achieve growth targets. Synthesizes voice of the customer (V.O.C.) and market insights to drive decision making to scope and prioritize business cases for new and enhanced products based on business and customer impact. Ensure appropriate global pricing strategy for overall product group. Qualifications and/or experience: Extensive Product Management experience within the Life Science Industry Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences of Engineering Recent demonstrable line management experience Market and technical expertise within product life sciences required (Expertise in Chromatography and/or cell and gene therapy preferred) Working knowledge in drug discovery and development processes Strategic thinker with experience identifying and quantifying market opportunities, defining a strategy, building business cases, and a history of executing with success. Strong leader with ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, build consensus, and drive success and results. Proactive, results-driven team player who possesses high degree of analytical, problem-solving, organization and prioritization skills. Strong verbal and written communicator with ability to present with impact to executive management. Strong product promoter both internally and externally. High attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time.
