We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team and support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to management on all human resources-related matters. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in the recruitment and selection process. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, CIPD level 5 or considerable demonstrable experience of over 10 years.
