We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an SVQ3/HNC/apprenticeship or equivalent in a design or construction discipline to progress a career pathway within Quantity Surveying. You will start on the NLC6 salary scale and duties and will progress through to the NLC9 and NLC10 grades as outlined in the job description for this role. You should have relevant experience in the design and construction industry with a professional manner and excellent communication skills with experience of Microsoft packages. Knowledge of current design and construction legislation and trends/practices/technologies is desirable. As a Technician (Quantity Surveying), you will join the New Supply team where you will work a hybrid model of home and office-based working with attendance at sites across North Lanarkshire as required to support the procurement and delivery of the council’s new build programme.
