Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and executing project tasks.
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless implementation.
* Maintain project schedules and track progress.
* Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.
* Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
* Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Address client queries and provide regular updates on project status.
* Collect, analyse, and report on project data.
* Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
* Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during and after implementation.
* Monitor project activities to ensure they comply with quality standards.
* Identify potential issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
* Assist in configuring and testing new systems or processes.
* Ensure technical specifications are met and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Requirements:
* Must be comfortable speaking with customers at all levels of their organizations.
* A clean driving license.
* A background in IT, project management, or a related field is frequently favored.
* Experience in project coordination and implementation support roles.
* Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
* Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Educated to a good level in Mathematics and English.
