This role sits in the M365 Product Group, within End User Services. As Product Engineer you will maintain a balance between users’ needs and the business objectives of the organization. Ensuring supported products adhere to agreed OKRs and wider SLAs. You will be expected to provide advice and guidance on migration to Microsoft Cloud services and ensuring that customers maximize the adoption of these services. In this role you will be expected to resolve complex technical issues, perform general support, delivery and development activities against a variety of Products that fall under the EUS team. This role is a predominantly Operational role, with an expected 60/40 operational to delivery workload split.
What’s the job?
* Ability to use the various Microsoft 365 Admin centres to manage and maintain M365 services across Kingfisher.
* Comfortable with using PowerShell.
* Knowledge of Azure Active Directory including user licensing and Microsoft group management.
* An understanding of SharePoint site creation, structures and permissions.
* A preferred knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms, including licensing, workflows and apps.
* Being an evangelist within the IT community, using Viva, SharePoint, Teams to showcase: team successes/roadmaps, new services, and capabilities to both the IT and wider business community.
* Working with vendors and the wider Designers on what the future/ “good” looks like.
* Ensuring compliance and striving for “evergreen” services in relation to security.
* Promote and participate in team events, weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning sessions across product group and wider EUS/Infrastructure teams.
What you'll bring:

* Technical Skills – Previous experience working in a 3rd-line technical support role, recognised as “SME” for relevant Technical Services relating to the role.
* “Technologist” mindset – awareness of vendor product roadmaps, general industry challenges and an ability to translate these into a plan to develop services.
* Decision-Making - Capable of working independently and managing own workload with little supervision, with a track record of being a self-starter.
* Collaboration - Collaboration and teamwork with all levels of the organisation is key and you must demonstrate ability to work with others to achieve a common goal.
