The London Borough of Havering is seeking a dedicated Triage and Research Officer to join our dynamic Complaints Department. Candidate will be required to come into the office 1 or 2 days a week in Romford Town. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and research customer complaints and enquiries. Respond appropriately to complaints, ensuring excellent customer service. Use initiative to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Collaborate with team members to drive customer improvement. Learn and adapt to various systems, including Word and Outlook. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Strong investigative and research skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Commitment to improving services by learning from complaints.
