Category Development Manager – Top4 Grocery Branded FMCG £negotiable bonus Berkshire based two days p/wk Reporting to the Category Controller, this position will take the lead with Top4 Grocery customers whilst supporting the commercial team in delivering category-based stories with other retailers within the High Street & Convenience channel. Working with Circana (IRI) data, you will also utilise Nielsen & Kantar to present compelling stories to the customer and the wider internal team. The successful candidate will have the following criteria:- Category Management or Space/Category Planning experience with a branded FMCG Ability to identify gaps in category and use insights and convert them into development by delivery strong recommendations Working knowledge of Circana (IRI) data with experience of Kantar and Nielsen being advantageous Excellent presentation skills and an accurate eye for detail Solid commercial acumen with the ability to influence through using category data Good project management skills Must be comfortable with 2-days p/wk in Berkshire
